Warranty Information

Your Velovision Rearview is protected by our comprehensive warranty coverage.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Velovision warrants the Velovision Rearview hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

Manufacturing Defects

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality of the device under normal use conditions.

Hardware Components

Camera module, Wi-Fi components, battery, charging port, LED indicators, and physical buttons.

Included Accessories

Mounting brackets, charging cable, and any other accessories included in the original packaging.

What's Not Covered

Physical Damage

Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, crushing, or other physical damage.

Water Damage

Damage caused by exposure to liquids beyond the device's IP54 water resistance rating.

Misuse or Modifications

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by non-authorized personnel.

Normal Wear and Tear

Cosmetic damage, battery degradation over time, or damage to consumable parts.

Software Issues

Issues related to the Velovision iOS app or third-party software.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

    Contact Support

    Email us at warranty@velovision.app with your order number and description of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Include proof of purchase, photos/videos of the issue, and device serial number.

  3. 3

    Receive RMA Instructions

    If approved, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  4. 4

    Ship Your Device

    Ship the device to our warranty center using the provided RMA number. Customer pays for shipping to us.

  5. 5

    Repair or Replacement

    We'll repair or replace your device and ship it back to you at no charge.

Important Information

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase as shown on your receipt or order confirmation.

Replacement Devices

Replacement devices may be new or refurbished to factory specifications. Replaced devices become the property of Velovision.

International Warranty

This warranty is valid worldwide, but shipping costs for international warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
